End Date: Feb 2012 (possible extension)

Job Description:
Basic Application Smoke Testing within a Windows 7 environment followed by Application Packaging. The ideal candidate must have prior Application testing experience and have extensive package experience and MSI wrapping in a Windows 7 and Marimba environment. ThinApp packaging experience is also required. Candidate must have solid experience with the following tools:
   1.  Wise Packaging Studio v7.0 and Enterprise Versions for Windows 7 Compatibility
   2.  VMware View 4.6 ThinApp Packaging 
   3.  Orca

Candidate will participate in weekly status meetings.
Candidate will work with the project coordinator to update status of completed and pending application packages.                             
Must have the ability to:
Work independently
Remediate existing packages for Windows 7 compatibility
Package to a preset defined set of packaging standards within the environment.
Disable any self updating functionality
Internet access defaults to IE
Microsoft cache install source
Package needs to install silently, no user context

Skill Set:
Active Setup, Scripting, Wise Professional and Enterprise Version, VMwasre View and Orca. Knowledge of pharma applications would be a PLUS.  Must have excellent customer facing and communication skills, both written and oral.
