Oracle EBusiness Suite Payroll/HR Manager - Houston, TX


2 Oracle E Business Suite HR/Payroll resources for Nabors.

Oracle Payroll/HR Project Manager
-          Knowledge of Oracle Payroll from a project management perspective
-          5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Payroll/HR for global deployment
-          Experience with Oracle E Business Suite versions 11.5.9 or greater.
-          Strong communication and presentation skills.
-          Proven skills as a team member, team lead, or Project Manager on at least two full life-cycle implementations.
-          General consulting skills required include client interaction, client presentations, meeting facilitation, and business case development
-          Ability to coordinate/facilitate project milestones between 1) Finance 2) HR 3) Payroll 4) IT
-          Familiarity with implementation of payroll in a global setting (Africa, Asia, South America etc)
-          Scope for each countries payroll will be defined by the client, PM will need to follow up with IT on the implementation of these items
-          Project manager will be responsible for managing timelines, escalation issues, coordinating all departments
-          Be the coordinator of all User Acceptance testing including identifying resources, prepping the users, providing testing scripts, obtain signoff
-          Develop and maintain project plan to track activities, resources, start dates, due dates, etc.
-          Be the primary point of contact for the overall status/completion of the project

The consultant may be required to travel to client locations outside of Houston, in which we would ask the client to reimburse for travel outside of Houston.  The project duration would be estimated at 3 months initially with the possibility of extension.


Oracle Payroll/HR Functional Consultant
-          Knowledge of Oracle Payroll from a functional configuration perspective
-          5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Payroll/HR for global deployment
-          Experience with Oracle E Business Suite versions 11.5.9 or greater.
-          Ability to take a scope document and configure Oracle HR to specifications in document
-          Work with the client team to assist with best practice recommendations regarding to Payroll/HR implementations
-          Scope for each countries payroll will be defined by the client, this resource should be able to implement or give guidance to client on how to deploy
-          Working with the PM to fulfill deliverables defined by the scope document.
-          Assist the UAT activities to help training and bug fixes

The consultant may be required to travel to client locations outside of Houston, in which we would ask the client to reimburse for travel outside of Houston.  The project duration would be estimated at 3 months initially with the possibility of extension.
