Description:
Must to Have Skills/Experience:
·          Strong SQL Query Writing Skills
·          Call Center Operations Experience and Call Center Systems Experience
·          Business Analyst Experience – Requirements gathering and mapping
·          Strong Communications skills
·          Can learn and get up to speed quickly

Nice to Have Skills/Experience:
·         PLSQL Experience
·         Database Experience
·         Experience working with Avaya CMS, Aspect Unified IP, Workforce Management Systems like: Aspect eWFM, LPS, MSP
·         Mortgage, default or loan servicing experience.
·         Profiling Tools like Informatica
·         Agile Methodology Experience

Primary Job Description:  Consultant will work with business users and SMEs to define requirements, use SQL to run queries as part of the project mapping and hand off to the ETL team and other teams for execution.

Description:
This role will provide support across the Home Lending Default and Customer Care organization. This candidate will work very closely with the business, management, and other data analysts to ensure the appropriate requirements are gathered and reports are developed and deployed on a regular basis.  In addition, this candidate will play a key role in helping to manage strategic initiatives and identify process efficiencies as it relates to data and reporting.
Strong analytical skills, business knowledge and attention to detail will be required for this position. The candidate must be able to work independently, enjoy a fast-paced environment, handle multiple simultaneous projects, have exceptionally good verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable dealing with all levels of management when explaining report results and variances.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Interface with LOB to analyse & gather requirements , review and produce specifications for any new and existing applications.
·         Work closely with the MIS team representing the business needs by working closely with developers and end users to ensure technical
·         compatibility and user satisfaction.
·         Ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans and scripts.
·         Good Working knowledge of Call Center Inbound/Outbound systems like Avaya CMS, Aspect Unified IP, Workforce Management System like Aspect eWFM, LPS?s MSP System.
·         Design, write and maintain Oracle PL/SQL queries from multiple data sources to support the business.
·         Proactively identify and drive process re-engineering
·         Support various data and report development project initiatives.
·         Additional duties as assigned by management
