Key Responsibilities:

The Oracle Architect will lead the overall IT implementation efforts for their assigned functional track within the Midrange (MR) Oracle R12 Manufacturing EBS implementation. This individual will be responsible for the full, global implementation and transition to production support for the assigned track.  He or She will be the overall IT expert, leading the transition from legacy ERP systems to Oracle R12 ERP. The individual will work with the track and task leaders to formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.

This position will be responsible for

** Architecture design, performing the business systems analyst role including system integration and the identification of current functional capabilities, requirements gaps, and process gaps
** Global IT implementation and architecture
** Support business functional tracks, test planning, and test execution
** Lead the data migration, data and system cutover, and data load efforts for CRPs and production migration.
** Support the development and implementation of the IT Operations strategy
** Plan and execute obsolescence for the legacy systems
** Design, configuration, and support of the overall technical infrastructure, including system performance and Disaster Recover Plan (DRP).

The successful candidate will have direct experience with the design of architecture and migration to Oracle r12 and/or implementing at least one full life-cycle of one or more Oracle Manufacturing modules with integration with Oracle Financials (AP, AR, and GL). In addition, technical integration efforts can include any of the customer master file, supplier master file, planning bills, engineering release system, customer specifications, engine sales analysis, engine quotations, material cost tracking, demand management, foreign trade zone, duty drawback, E-Commerce, and local manufacturing execution systems.

This position will lead the modification of architecture procedures, software, and systems to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and system performance, and form of desired results. This includes the analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system configurations. The candidate must be competent to work at the highest technical level in all phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Establishing and maintaining communications within the organization and partners is a critical element of this role. The selected individual must be capable and willing to support a wide range of applications, technologies, and customers. Outstanding project management and customer skills are key requirement of this position. The candidate will have to demonstrate a solid understanding of all aspects of IT (applications, hardware, storage systems, software, network, distributed systems).

Requirements
·           Architect with over 12 years experience in Oracle EBS implementations in complex financial implementations.
·           Must have an implementation w/ Oracle R12
·           Must have implementation w/ Oracle AR and Customer Master
·           Global experience in putting together solution options for global implementations.
·           Experience in working with senior executives and business stakeholders to present alternate solutions, best practices and POV’s.
·           Ability to collaborate with business executives and help with putting together business case documents, measurement criteria etc.
